We carefully choose the most fitting plant base for the flavors that we are developing. We use our proprietary blends of oatmilk, coconut milk, or nut butters to create a smooth, creamy and luxe mouthfeel identical to traditional dairy-filled ice cream. The result is a truly superior product that we are so proud of and serves as the starting point for all of our flavors.

This part of our process is where we flex our culinary muscles! We source our inspiration for new flavors from everywhere: our favorite nostalgic treats from our childhoods, classic Asian-inspired recipes, our local farmer’s market, or reinterpreting a mind-blowing dessert with our dairy-free needs in mind.

 

uplifting each other

We are also passionate about partnering with other chefs — particularly chefs of color and women chefs — to create limited-edition flavors that speak to their heritage, culinary background, and favorite flavor combinations. Each of our Chef Collab Series flavors also aspire to make a difference: proceeds from each scoop and pint sold go towards the non-profit of their choice.
